From integrating with SS&C Technologies to being positioned as a Leader in the Gartner? Magic Quadrant? for the fourth year in a row, 2022 was a busy yet exciting year for everyone at SS&C Blue Prism. So, join us in recapping some of our key highlights of 2022!

SS&C Technologies acquisition

We are thrilled to have joined forces to roll out a unified and comprehensive intelligent automation platform, combining process intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA), business process management (BPM), intelligent document processing (IDP), artificial intelligence (AI) & machine learning (ML), and low-code/no-code offerings.?This integration along with SS&C’s subject matter expertise produced the most compelling value proposition for clients to generate ROI from their digital transformation programs and brought the SS&C Chorus product suite under the SS&C Blue Prism banner.?The first releases of our product integration took place within the first thirty days of the acquisition.?We are excited to continue to support customers with high quality and innovative intelligent automation solutions with the complete stack of SS&C Blue Prism products.

Focus on research and development

This year, research and development continued to be a major focus. Our investment had a significant impact on our portfolio capabilities and value. Now representing 30% of our revenue, this has introduced substantial innovation, averaging 80 releases for the year, including newly launched products and features, such as SS&C | Blue Prism? Process Intelligence, SS&C | Blue Prism? Decision, SS&C | Blue Prism? Desktop, SS&C | Blue Prism? Director, SS&C | Blue Prism? UX Builder and SS&C | Blue Prism? Email AI. This is just the beginning, we are well poised and are looking forward to continuing to grow our research and development spend in 2023.

2022 Customer Excellence Awards

Our annual event that celebrates the remarkable achievements of our customers took place live on YouTube to an audience of over 2,000 attendees this summer. Our Customer Excellence Awards showcases our customers’ inspiring innovations, creative projects, and bold use of SS&C Blue Prism to transform their businesses and free people to do what they do best. Award winners were recognized for over 10 different categories, from being the most successful business value driver, to using automation for good and individual awards.
