Research report commissioned by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Legal Services on professional indemnity insurance costs for law firms in England & Wales.

73 pages which I have yet to more than skim. But on a quick glance I am not sure it tells us anything new, and I am very concerned as to where this will lead.

Surely we have had enough PII reviews over the past few years by enthusiasts with insufficient understanding of a complex issue.

If there is a problem, it is not the insurance but the cost of claims.

quite how you aren't suffering from PTSD on reading this, Frank Maher, I am not entirely sure..
