• PMO LEADERSHIP – Developed standards and roadmap to introduce PMO organization through effective utilization of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall frameworks, and directed estimation and implementation of program budgets, program controls, governance, and standards to enable achievement of business value.
• PROJECT EXECUTION – Leveraging SCRUM principles, lead initiatives and programs with 70 team members to create an optimization engine for use in decision-making to enable better strategic planning, producing $350M/year of sustained and incremental value.
