Job Summary:                   

Primary Skills : WPF, PL-SQL, C#, .Net, MVC, Microservices

Secondary Skills : Xamarin, XAML,FODY,FLUX, Experience with GIS and spatial databases

Essential experience/skills:

• Multi years of development experience
• Demonstrable experience in .NET 4.0, C#;
• Experience of working in a technical support environment, including liaison with customers
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
• Able to follow set support processes & procedures
• A degree in software engineering, computer science or a related subject;
• Ability to work under own initiative, manage own time and work to deadlines;
• Fault analysis/Debugging skills;
• Provide support for the applications including its users and associated services and configurations
• Able to troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues.
• Agile development.

Desirable skills include:

• WPF; LINQ; Microsoft Team Foundation Server; GIT
• Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider a plus and/or Enterprise level infrastructure
• Experience supporting or developing for mobile devices;
• Experience working with iOS and/or MacOS.

A Development Lead should have Total Experience level 6-8 Years of experience and will have the following responsibilities.

• Exercises independent judgment and discretion in overall project management by prioritizing, planning and tracking project progress.
• Designs, develops and modifies programs, including prototypes.
• Manages and directs six to ten software developers.
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications and programs.
• Being a part of requirement discussions and participates in elicitation of functional requirements.
• Get the team to Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Work towards improving team’s performance in terms of skills and deliverables.
• Execution (Delivery, Performance and Stakeholder management)
• Mentoring and Guiding teams technically and therefore should have a sound understanding of the technical skillset below.
