Hey Everyone,
While getting ready to add value in my next role. Sharing quick details over Sprint Retrospective which caught my attention.
Let's learn about it together.
Sprint Retrospective - What?
A sprint retrospective is a meeting typically held at the end of an Agile development cycle to review what went well, what could be improved upon, and any other issues that need to be addressed to become more effective as a team.
Seems the same as Sprint Review - No wait !!
Value - Based on the discussions in a retrospective, the team members execute changes and then proceed to the coming sprint with an incrementally improved process. This way fresh ideas are churned out and teased out by the whole team in the next Sprint.

Why ??
Conclusion:
An essential component of our scrum agile methodology is the sprint retrospective. We put the Agile "inspect and adapt" tenet into practice by conducting a retrospective. Sprint-by-sprint retrospective meetings are ultimately aimed at continuously improving a development project. It greatly raises the caliber of the final product as well as the caliber of the approach.
You can find more about the Sprint Retrospective examples in my next article.
