The Springs

The Springs is a modern self-contained office set within a 40 acre office park located in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside. The Springs is close to the M4, M40 and M25, and a mere 7 minute drive from Pinewood Film Studios.

The office is?open plan and arranged over two floors, making it?suitable for various sizes and scales of productions.?The interiors offer vacant, spacious offices and suites that allow for redecoration and set dressing.?There is a considerable amount of filming support space available which can be used for?hair & makeup, green rooms and crowd holding. An impressive, contemporary, double-height atrium can also be found on site, making for a great hotel, spa or hospital double for productions.

The manicured private gardens and parkland are an ideal backdrop for romantic editorial photography shoots, whilst also being large enough to facilitate advertising campaigns. There is?24-hour security covering the whole park.

Available for mid-week, weekend and long term hires, The Springs has ample parking and unit base space available, making it an incredibly film friendly location.
