Spring into your Genius Zone

The weather is slowly warming in New England; however, we can always count on at least one more snowstorm before May. I do have a bounce in my step when walking, probably because I have been able to shed at least two layers when on my daily 4-mile walk and I should be on day 26 of 75 of the #75Hard Challenge; however, I had a slip-up and now on Day 3 after restarting.?(If you want to know more, let me know)

Self-Care or as I like to refer to it as Self-Love is a great starting point for entering your Genius Zone. Most of us have done so much for others in our business, our community, and especially with our families. As amazing as it is to offer ourselves fully to those loved ones we hold dear, it is imperative to show yourself, love, before you pour it out to others. I believe the saying is that you cannot pour from an empty cup, so we encourage you to look at self-love as your first step into your Genius Zone.

As Spring is upon us and planting is beginning, I invite you to plant your own seeds of self-love so you can begin to grow into the best YOU...the YOU who is walking in your Genius Zone so that you can live on purpose with purpose.?
