1.1. Focus on one area:?What area of your life do you want to see the biggest improvement in over the next 90 days? (e.g., career, health, relationships, money)
1.2. Identify the key action:?If you could do?one thing each day?that would significantly move the needle in this area, what would it be?
2. Prioritize self-care:?In this same area of focus, choose?one self-care habit?that will support your success (e.g., sleep, meditation, exercise). (Bonus! If your chosen area is health, self-care is doubly important.)
3. Accountability:
