?? Announcing CRM 4.9.7 update

CRM version 4.9.7 is packed with enhancements designed to streamline your experience. Here’s a brief overview:

Sales plan development - to enhance dashboard utility in the CLM system, we've introduced functionality allowing customised settings for both med reps and managers. This adaptation optimizes dashboard display and functionality, tailored to the unique needs of each role, enabling managers to plan and track sales results and effectiveness for their teams over specific periods.

Quick filter search - we've added a feature for quick searchability within filter lists, making it faster and more efficient to locate the filters you need.

Popup enhanced - the general approach to popups has been revamped. Filters can now be closed with a button click, and the “Clear filters” button is now more user-friendly, enhancing overall navigation and usability.

Fixes & improvements - alongside these features, we've addressed minor bugs and made visual enhancements to ensure a smoother, more visually appealing CRM experience.


?? Recent travels & upcoming events

We've been hopping from one exciting event to another, meeting amazing people, and sharing our tech wonders from Guadalajara to the Philippines. And guess what? April's looking even brighter with more adventures on the way. Here’s the scoop on where we’ve been and where we’re heading next!

???? Medical Expo, Guadalajara, Mexico, March 20-22

Platforce’s Business Development Executive, Nelvi Franco, represented Platforce at the Medical Expo in Guadalajara, Mexico between March 20th and 22nd, and had a wonderful experience, meeting with industry leaders and experts, and showcasing Platforce’s solution.

???? Philippines Roadshow: attending events with MEPI, and with HADSAP

This March and April, Platforce's team, including CEO Artem Brytchenko and CPO Dmitriy Snetenchuk, are spending time in the Philippines, joined by Regional Growth Executive, Christopher John Bautista. Their mission: to deepen connections in the local market, and foster partnerships and collaboration with industry leaders.

Two key events in Mandaluyong already mark their visit. First, the 34th MEPI Excellence Awards, which took place on March 20th, where they joined forces with marketing and sales executives of the pharma and healthcare industries. The following day, on March 21st, the team was at the HADSAP 1st General Membership Meeting "Bridging the Gap" in the health and dietary supplements industries.

April is bustling with opportunities for us, and we're finalizing arrangements for several events. However, we're excited to share details about the events where our participation is already confirmed:

???????? Bepharma in Mexico City (April 15-16): We're heading to Bepharma, a prominent event fostering international business relationships among over 100 attendees and participating companies. Nelvi Franco will be our representative at this event.

???????? Pharma IT and Digital Health Expo, and CPHI Japan in Tokyo (April 17-19): Our Head of Marketing, Stefan Repin, along with Isaias Cuello, our Regional Growth Executive for LATAM markets, will be attending two significant events in Tokyo – the Pharma IT and Digital Health Expo, and the CPHI Japan exhibitions.

???????? ExpoMed Eurasia in Istanbul (April 25-27): Stefan Repin and Artem Brytchenko will be in Istanbul for ExpoMed Eurasia, the leading medical trade fair in Turkey and the Eurasian region. It's an unparalleled opportunity to engage with the latest in the medical industry.
