Spring has sprung!? Projects are blooming!
Spring has officially sprung and?DMV productions?is busier than Union Station. It seems we’re coming out of hibernation as the political cycles are ramping up, conferences are kicking off, and Instagram is blowing up with images of people’s gardens. Here’s a peek at a few of our most recent projects!
Seeking a second term re-election,?Ann Wheeler?(Chair-At-Large for Prince William County, Virginia),?Ascendant Inc. collaborated with DMV productions to create a 15-second media spot, a 30-second TV spot, and 2 photo shoots for mailers and other printed media completed in April for early voting in May.?Foundation Blue Media,?TruBlu Politics, and?Video Armada?were also part of the team.
“Nursing at the Crossroads”?workforce shortages: On April 13th,?NCSBN?released the most comprehensive research data?to-date?on a nursing exodus beginning during the pandemic and an ongoing increasing intent to leave in the next five years that threatens the health of the nation. IN Series?Washington DC: Making history by presenting the first fully-staged American production since its premiere John Adam's "song-play" I WAS LOOKING AT THE CEILING AND THEN I SAW THE SKY.?This opera-musical theater hybrid dramatizes the aftermath of the 1994 Northridge earthquake, exploring issues of race, gender and migration in Los Angeles using mixes pop, jazz, gospel, and R&B. DMV productions was there to film the live performance at the?Baltimore Theater Project.
