Spring Has (Apparently) Sprung! ??
The unseasonal weather may be making it increasingly difficult to believe, but Spring is upon us once again!
And while the turn of Spring is synonymous with new life and new beginnings, it also marks a year since we launched our LinkedIn Newsletter - so we couldn't let it pass by without saying a massive THANK YOU to our wonderful subscribers! ??
If you've been following us for a while, you'll know by now that a lot of our work involves restoring and replicating intricate designs from days gone by, and our first project of March 2024 was no exception!
Working with weathered templates may pose a problem for some, but our expert craftsmen were able to produce a highly-enriched reproduction of this intricate Cornice with all the charm and attention-to-detail as the original. ??
Nothing fills us with more pride than seeing our designs in their final home, especially when we're there to craft them step by step!
Designing, setting and fitting this large match to an existing Cornice mould was a real pleasure for the team - and we have to say it's looking wonderful in it's new home! ??
"Was March the month of the Cornice?" We hear you ask.
Well, it certainly appears so!
A real old-school classic, casting this Acanthus Cornice was another of our top projects last month! And having been used throughout the years in many plaster mouldings, the Acanthus design is sure to add traditional character to any room. ??
Now it's time for something a little different!
Sticking with the theme of restoration, this intricate Cornice was fully restored in-house by our expert craftsmen.
All that remains is a lick of paint and it's ready to its return home! ??
