As much of the country is still under snow, I like looking forward to warmer weather during these months and momentum is happening. I have had some great co-hosts on Clubhouse and have learned a lot about the advantages of social audio. Branding for Startups

I have given this lecture a few times and it keeps getting better. Thanks to the Santa Fe Business Incubator for hosting me as well as KiwiTech, who hosted me today. We conducted some polls around Founders readiness for branding and there were some surprising results. Part of my top critical questions in talking with Founders are:

1. Is your logo trademarkable?
2. Is your name trademarkable?
3. Have you applied for trademarks?
4. Does your name have any reference to your product?
5. Do you have a naming strategy for your products and sub-products?
6. Who are your direct competitors?
7. What company brands inspire you? List reasons why.
8. Express the Vision of your company as simply as you can.
9. Do your C-suite and Shareholders agree on this statement?
