Review and Reflect

Prioritise with Purpose
Identify the most critical projects or activities that will move you closer to your long-term objectives and allocate your time and energy accordingly. Remember the 80/20 rule—focus on the 20% of tasks that will contribute to 80% of your results, and whenever possible delegate or eliminate the rest.
?
Create a Monthly Plan
When you plan month by month, it’s more realistic and achieveable and feels less overwhelming. Break down your goals for the year into actionable steps and set milestones and a timeline for each.??
Use tools like digital calendars, project management apps, or good old-fashioned planners (digital or paper) to keep track of your important deadlines, appointments, and commitments. Having a roadmap for the month provides structure, clarity and purpose, so you’re less likely to procrastinate.
If you’re in the UK, take into account that we’ve got two Bank Holiday’s coming up - two four day weeks, so plan and prioritise accordingly. (Read more here).
