Our annual football tournament at the end of March was a blast! Teams from top recruitment firms kicked it for a cause, showing off their skills and sportsmanship. We’re buzzing to announce that we raised over 3,000 CHF for the Theodora Foundation. Thanks to everyone who put their best foot forward—your support was legendary!

This April, the We Recruit team enjoyed a refreshing break at a luxurious villa near Bern. It wasn’t just any getaway; it was an Airbnb experience with a unique We Recruit twist. Packed with brainstorming, team bonding, and well-deserved relaxation, this retreat sparked brilliant ideas for our future.

On the 17th, we launched our first Swiss Recruitment Start-Ups (SRS) event of the year, focused on The Influential Recruiter: Advanced LinkedIn Strategies For Business Growth. Our goal?

To catalyse a vibrant exchange of ideas and strategies among Switzerland’s pioneering boutique recruitment entrepreneurs. Headlined by the branding queen, Selma Kuyas , it was an afternoon where ambition met expertise. The event concluded on a high note with a dinner as engaging as the seminar itself.
