A Note From Pete

I can’t believe it has already been four months since we had IMUC 2023 – and we’re already starting to plan for 2024. It was amazing to see you all in person and hear about how FAST works for you and the direction you’d like to go in the future. This year’s IMUC will be held in beautiful Banff, Alberta. I know many of you were looking forward to this event before COVID, and we are excited that we'll now be able to follow through on this location!

You may not know it, but we have new releases every 6-8 weeks to integrate exciting new solutions and features. Be sure to check out our release guides to see what’s new. Welcome to the new Training Tip! Expect bi-weekly insights delivered straight to your inbox every other Tuesday. You can also access them on our website and find them featured in the training video tab on the portal home page in FAST. Each tip is designed to be a quick, informative watch, taking less than two minutes of your time. Elevate your application knowledge and continuously learn more about FAST with our bite-sized Training Tips. Click here to watch a video on how to add a filter.

Add a Filter to a Report

In this Training Trip, you'll learn that not all filters may be displayed on a report. There could be inactive filters that you can add to a report! If you have the appropriate access, navigate to the Administration Tab of a report. Scroll down to the Filter Options section. Expand that section. You'll see all the filters that are currently active. If you click on the Add New Filter Option button, you will open a pop-up box and select additional fields that can be added as a filter. Note that only one can be selected at a time. Choose your filter from one of the available fields. Complete the filter options to build your filter. After you save, make sure that you reload the report so that the new filter option is activated.
