Reflecting on a transformative 9-months co-op journey at U.S. CREW CHANGE as an Operations and Project Management Analyst Intern!

As my spring internship draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on the valuable experiences and insights gained during this enriching journey. Over the past few months, I've had the privilege of actively engaging with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams, working collaboratively on a diverse range of projects and initiatives. These experiences have not only sharpened my analytical and strategic abilities but have also deepened my understanding of business operations within the transportation industry.

A standout achievement of my internship was spearheading the development of KPI dashboards and reports, which significantly bolstered data-driven executive decision-making. From eliciting stakeholder needs to translating them into technical requirements, facilitating strategy sessions with senior leadership to conducting rigorous data analysis and presenting insights through user-friendly visuals, I empowered stakeholders to make well-informed decisions that advanced our operational efficiency.

In addition to this achievement, I led a digital transformation initiative within the organization, driving the adoption of digital tools and processes that led to enhanced efficiency and productivity across projects.
