The Spring 2024 edition
It's been a busy few months for the ZeroLight team. We've proven the huge potential of CloudXR for automotive retail alongside 英伟达 and Amazon Web Services (AWS) , expanded the exciting opportunities possible with OmniStream? for 欧特克 VRED?, and much more. ZeroLight takes Autodesk VRED? beyond the studio at Autodesk AIF 2024
We were thrilled to be invited to exhibit at Autodesk Automotive Innovation Forum (AIF) 2024, 7-8 May in Darmstadt, Germany.
We met with many talented car designers who were interested to hear about the numerous benefits of cloud streaming their Autodesk VRED content for interactive marketing and sales.
AIF attendees were able to test drive a pioneering online configuration and sales experience, built with Autodesk VRED? and powered by OmniStream?. This concierge-style experience allows product experts to guide their customers through a shared configuration session that blends the intimacy of the dealership with the convenience of an online configurator.
With OmniStream, automotive brands can remove the time, cost and effort of converting their master Autodesk VRED models into multiple formats for marketing and sales applications. They can also be certain that their vehicle is represented exactly as the designer intended, without the risk of critical details being incorrectly translated into different engines.

Why it's time to consider CloudXR for automotive retail
In April, ZeroLight’s Chris O’Connor and David Randle from Amazon Web Services (AWS) joined forces to demonstrate how CloudXR can help OEMs deliver high-fidelity customer retail experiences that convert at scale.
In the webinar, we covered how 英伟达 ’s CloudXR tech can help brands overcome the challenges associated with traditional VR experiences, as well as the best ways to deliver a CloudXR experience for multiple store locations, with considerations for hardware and user experience.
We also explored what the near future holds for CloudXR-powered product experiences and how they can be enhanced with Generative AI.
The content of the webinar was originally selected by NVIDIA to be showcased at NVIDIA GTC 2024, where Chris O'Connor also contributed to a panel discussion on the future of extended reality and generative AI.
You can watch both of these on-demand sessions on NVIDIA's website, here.
