Happy Saturday! I hope you have had a great week and have lots of fun planned for the weekend! For me, there is a rest weekend from refereeing but instead I'm playing my first competitive touch rugby league game on Sunday - wish me luck! Today's topic is really relevant for me and I hope it is for you too.
'Attitude Motivation'.
This type of motivation is cultivated through the desire to change the way that you or other people think and feel. In other words, you’re motivated by changing attitudes.
Examples of attitude motivation include:
People who are motivated by attitude engage in something for the sole purpose of influencing themselves and those around them in a positive way.
When we look back to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, attitude motivation would mostly fit into the final tier of self-actualization, as it’s the type of motivation that comes to those who intensely desire to change the way they see the world around them as well as the way they see themselves.
For people who feel that they’re missing out on important experiences or relationships because of their attitude, attitude motivation can play a key role in helping to recover and move forward.
Can you think of any attitude-based motivations in your life? Reach out and let me know!
Have a great weekend in life and business!
