1)????High quality lighting, extremely important for a quality finish. In addition to T8 tubes or standard LEDs, Symach offers next-generation PowerLED technology. Symach has designed a ceiling-only lighting system, which provides optimal color and light intensity for perfect visibility during painting and achieving the best possible color match and blend. The addition of side doors, for a side loading system, can affect the lighting quality of a conventional paint booth. With Symach, PowerLED lighting is optimal for all our paint booth configurations.

2)????Components quality and construction: Symach uses only the highest quality components available on the market. A paint booth is a long-term investment that generates revenue every day and must be reliable and durable.

3)????The paint booths with the car's side inlet and exit increase the number of daily cycles that can be performed, following the FixLine production system.

4)????Robotic infrared catalytic drying, when optimized in a FixLine repair process, reduces cycle times and provides an optimal finish.

5)????The new UV-LEDTronic technology, is the result of the research of Symach's R&D division, from the study of the right wavelength for new generation UV coatings, to the LEDs used, to the mechanical design of the product and finally to the performance obtained. UV technology offers the user real cold drying, without any waiting for heating or cooling, with minimal energy consumption, ensuring 100% rapid drying in a few seconds and the panel is immediately available for further processing. Symach offers this technology both pure and in a hybrid version of the Flydry robot, combined with Drytronic technology.
