Spotlight Your Success Without "Bragging"

Spotlight Your Success Without "Bragging"

You know you’re a rock star. You’ve got the experience, resume and skill set to back that up. But the people you work with seem to be lagging behind in recognizing your rock-star status.

Perhaps it’s because you haven’t told them about it.

Seriously, when was the last time you spotlighted your own success? Wait, I bet you’re afraid that comes across like you’re bragging. You’ve got to have a way to tell colleagues (especially key influencers) about recent successes if you want to stop being the undiscovered talent your office. You need a success statement and a plan on how to use them, which is exactly what I cover in Episode 2 of Increase Your Influence.
