ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a leading academic institution based in the UAE who have been at the helm of providing the absolute gold standard of education to students for the past 28 years. Their academia boasts of a distinctive learning style and global vision. They are the UAE and GCC region’s pioneers in arts, academia and scientific research. Their programs are all accredited by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research with some programs like Engineering, Communication, Science and Business attaining international accreditation.?

PROBLEM STATEMENT:

The client was facing issues with multiple internal approvals required to process tickets:?

• They required verification of internal approval to process the ticket booking
• They needed a fully automated eligibility check system because the manual process is tedious.

OUR SOLUTION:?

We tailored a turnkey solution for this esteemed institution’s problems by custom building a system within our musafirbiz tool that would digitise their travel management entirely.?

• We incorporated musafirbiz into their HRMS / IT systems that would provide them with digital controls and approvals on-the-go.?
• The client would be provided with unique codes known as Learning Program Numbers (LPN) and Business Mission Numbers (BMN) which would be used by our custom tool for cross-verification.?

• Once an approved travel request is raised on musafirbiz, our custom digital travel management tool would then trigger LPN and BMN codes to cross-verify that both these codes also existed within the client’s IT system.

• Repeated use or incorrect use of these codes would automatically generate a “Failed attempt” sent to the relevant department for the next steps and inputting the correct codes.?

• If the codes pass the musafirbiz Eligibility Check, the customer can complete the payment via a purchase order

• A successful attempt of using the LPN & BMN codes would result in the issuance of the ticket in accordance with the client’s company policy.

These single use codes have become a much simpler way for the institution’s staff members to have their tickets issued and travel hassle-free with approvals provided on-the-go.?
