Baptiste is a robotics engineer in our research and development team located in Montpellier, France.???

?It was very important for Baptiste to work for a company that was in line with his personal values. Upon graduating from engineering school, he naturally turned to the medical field and joined us.???

He is a rugby fan and believes in the power of teamwork, which he finds particularly rewarding. He likes to collaborate and learn from others. He quickly found his place in our teams.??

Since his arrival almost 4 years ago, he has been working on our star robot ROSA. In his role, he works closely with our R&D teams in Montreal, Canada, which are responsible for the clinical aspect of development. Since last ear, he has had the opportunity to participate in several test labs in the United States, which allows him to gain real field experience by observing surgeons' practices and exchanging directly with them on their needs and expectations.???

In the last few years, the platform has evolved a lot, especially with the launch of ROSA Knee, ROSA Hip and our other projects currently in development. The complexity of this project allows Baptiste to dive into different aspects of his job, which he sees as a particularly stimulating opportunity.??

Baptiste has a special interest in project management and the organizational aspect of task allocation. He likes to anticipate scenarios in order to minimize risks. In order to allow him to express his full potential as a manager, he was recently appointed Product Owner within his Agile work team. This new role will allow him to apply his listening skills to the various project stakeholders as well as his task planning skills.??

In the future, he hopes to move into management roles in order to actively participate in the development of a strategic vision for the projects he is involved in.??
