Can you share your career journey and what led you to your current role?
My career journey in Orbit Techsol has been a very interesting part of my life,I joined Orbit Techsol in 2010 as an Inside Sales Representative and was a fresher in this field, but with guidance and support from all my colleagues and management I am still the part of this organisation.Orbit Techsol management has identified my proficiency and experiences and have always proactively led me to the next step level of my career growth.
What has been your proudest achievement in your career so far?
There are many achievements which can be declared, one of them which would like to share is when I been awarded the post of a Vice President.
What advice would you give to young women aspiring to enter your field?
IT Industry offers endless opportunities.?Individuals who go into this field tend to have a passion for problem-solving, data, logistics and are ever-evolving team players.
What trends do you see shaping the future of our industry?
AI is what is revolutionizing various aspects.
How do you balance your professional and personal life?
I set Boundaries Between Work and Personal Time so that can try and give my 100% to each of them.
If you could go back and give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Your strengths and weaknesses are your own, and you have your own path to pave.?Hence don’t waste time comparing yourself to others.
What’s one piece of technology you can’t live without?
Definitely WhatsApp. Without it, how else would I keep up with the latest meme trends, get unsolicited life advice from my extended family, and receive 237 daily 'Good morning!' messages :)
