  • Pre-Placement Health Assessments are a key management tool that can form part of the?recruitment process.
  • Health Matters provides employers with both Remote & Physical Pre-Placement Health Assessments. These are conducted via online means, in our Belfast, and Newry clinic locations, or on our clients’ site.
  • Our Pre-Placement Health Assessments seek to identify any chronic health conditions that may impact an individuals fitness to complete a role.

We provide our clients with a determination on the individuals fitness for work, any reasonable adjustments to consider to facilitate the individual completing the role, and any recommended onward health surveillance/monitoring activities the client should look at completing.
