Mayo Clinic's Platform Expands Global Footprint for Their Data Network
The Mayo Clinic Platform is expanding their "Mayo Clinic Platform Connect" https://www.mayoclinicplatform.org/mayo-clinic-platform-connect which now includes leading health systems across three continents.
The health systems include Seoul National University Hospital, SingHealth, and UC Davis Health https://health.ucdavis.edu which joins Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, Mayo Clinic, Mercy, Sheba Medical Center, and the University Health Network https://www.uhn.ca.
"UC Davis is excited to collaborate with the Mayo Clinic and explore ways to better support multi-site research, innovation, and transformation. This network extends the work we are doing to advance the responsible and ethical development of generative AI-powered healthcare globally", said Ashish Atreja MD, Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Health Officer at UC Davis Health and Founding Chair, VALID AI.
The global network includes de-identified multimodal clinical data to help improve patient care by providing a new healthcare architecture that allows for more tailored medicine, healthcare products, digital services, and solutions based on AI.
Mayo has four of the top eleven hospitals in the world on their Platform focused on Improving clinical decision-making, advancing healthcare solutions, and expanding expert knowledge.

With our founding members, we now have de-identified clinical data from 32 million patients living across additional parts of the world.
