Daniel founded Neurodiversity Specialists to provide organisations with the knowledge and tools to benefit from having a neurodiverse workforce and to understand the value of neurodiversity.

Daniel is a British Dyslexia Association (BDA) qualified workplace needs assessor, with a background in career coaching and employability skills training, and has experience of supporting hundreds of neurodivergent individuals across many different sectors.

Daniel also has a strong passion for advising organisations on how to create a clear process of support for neurodivergent employees and how to attract, and retain neurodiverse talent.
