If you got stuck on a desert island, what 3 things would you wish to have with you?

Friends & Fam, Music & Plenty of crisps

What does your perfect Sunday look like?

Nice easy slow morning, maybe a bit of a walk somewhere in the countryside and then head back home for Sky Super Sunday, and maybe a roast dinner.

What is your favourite film of all time and why?

Lord of the Rings – just the best story ever told, imo!

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live and why?

Hmmm, tough one… Maybe Greece because of the food, weather and beaches but also maybe Thailand for the same reason

Do you have any pets? If not, what pet would you most like to have?

I have a little cat called Taco, yes!

What do you think makes a great account manager?

Going the extra mile for your accounts, building up a relationship and, becoming friendly with accounts & being proactive rather than reactive. ??

What is your favourite part of the job?

I like the buzz of winning business (especially those ones that you’ve been working on for a while).

What would be your dream job if you could do anything?

Oooo, I’d love to work in the football industry somehow; being a scout would be a cool job.

What projects are you currently working on, and how do they impact our customers?

I have been working on project Fluent over the last few months, paying regular visits to their office, training them and showing them how to get the most out of eConveyancer.

What is something you have recently learned?

That Amity Law doesn’t take on High-Rise cases!
