Spotlight on ISMers: Meet Aneri Virani

When did you join ISM, and in what role?

My journey with ISM began as a Network Operations Co-op Student for 8 months in September 2019. After graduation, I was lucky to reinstate my career with ISM as an Analyst Trainee in March 2021 and soon was promoted as a Team Lead, Service Operations role within a year.

What is your current role at ISM?

I am serving as a Team Lead role for Service Operations for 2 years now. As a Team Lead, I had the privilege of working alongside a supportive and inspiring leadership and cross-functional teams. This opportunity comes with lot of responsibility and I I found myself constantly learning, growing, and evolving in the role. I enjoy being in a customer facing role where I can make impact to deliver great customer experience.

What opportunities for growth have you experienced at ISM?

ISM has provided me many growth and learning opportunities. ISM organizes frequent Lunch n Learn sessions for employees to upskill themselves in this rapidly changing IT industry. The most recent session that I attended was on Microsoft Copilot Studio.?

What do you like best about working at ISM?

The people! Everyone including leadership is very supportive, approachable, and easy to work with.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I enjoy playing badminton and board games with friends and family. I also like reading, walking in the nature, travelling, and exploring new destinations and restaurants. I enjoy cooking too!
