We're shining the spotlight on Rachel Collar - HR Rockstar???? one of our Kick Start grant winners from 2022. Rachel founded Haus of HR to enable SMEs and Start-up businesses to grow and thrive through their people by providing HR, recruitment and coaching solutions.

Rachel left a 21-year corporate HR career, following a life changing event. During this time Rachel decided to launch her own business to bring her extensive HR expertise to companies that cannot afford to employ in-house HR support.

Since launching Haus of HR 19 months ago award success includes:

  • Federation of Small Businesses Celebrating Small Business Awards 2023 – East Midlands Start-Up Business of the Year
  • SME Northamptonshire Business Awards 2022 - Best New Business and Towcester Business of the Year Silver Winner

Thanks for the spotlight Team BIPC Northamptonshire. The grant has allowed me to build the Haus of Coaching ?? and obtain a Diploma in #NLP Coaching as well as being halfway through my ILM 7 in #ExecutiveCoaching ??
