Patrick Jordan Joins Auxilion as Chief Operating Officer

This month, we were delighted to announce the appointment of Patrick Jordan?as Auxilion's Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Patrick will be focused on supporting Auxilion’s overall business strategy and overseeing the company’s growth in both Ireland and the UK. As well as implementing company-wide goals for internal teams to enhance performance, he will support operations to deliver outcomes for Auxilion’s customers.

Enhanced Service Management Platform Launched

We have invested €1.5 million in our service management capabilities as part of our broader Managed Services Continuous Improvement Programme (MSCIP). The offering, soft launched in July 2023, significantly enhances our service delivery and support capabilities for our clients.

It also addresses the rising demand in the market to enhance user experiences, digitise processes and collate data sources, with service management creating a single model that unifies digital operations and simplifies IT management for organisations.

We will be in attendance at this event on Thursday, March 14th. We look forward to meeting Sheffield Hallam students and discussing their career plans and opportunities within Auxilion.

On February 21st, Auxilion exhibited at the Digital Government Conference 2024. This event provided "a valuable opportunity to bring together key stakeholders to gain insight into the government’s objectives for digital transformation and hear directly from those responsible for driving this forward." It was a great event and our team were delighted to engage in some very interesting discussions.
