As Senior Project Manager & Office Operations Manager, Katica seamlessly balances client-facing responsibilities with the internal operations that keep Saron running smoothly.

With a master’s degree in economics, Katica joined Saron in July 2021 as a Field Operations Coordinator. Over time, her proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to streamline complex processes led her to take on more responsibilities. Today, she plays a crucial role in ensuring both project success and a positive workplace environment.

Driving Operational Excellence

In her dual role, Katica is the glue that connects operations, finance, and project management. On the client side, she is the go-to person for ensuring smooth project execution, making sure every detail—from tracking project costs to issuing invoices and monitoring payments—is handled with precision. Internally, as Office Operations Manager, she takes on an HR-like role, ensuring that employees feel supported, motivated, and well-equipped to do their best work.

But her impact goes beyond defined responsibilities. Katica is known for her creativity and proactiveness, always looking for ways to simplify administrative tasks and improve clients' complex workflows. Whether it’s optimizing invoicing or payroll processes, her ability to bring efficiency to financial and operational tasks is something that clients deeply rely on.

Outside of work, she leads an active lifestyle, enjoys traveling, and has a passion for cooking and experimenting with new recipes. Her love for food even makes its way into the office—her homemade cakes have become a beloved team tradition.
