• Global healthcare private equity reached $115 billion in 2024, the second-highest deal value on record. This surge was driven by five deals exceeding $5 billion, compared to two in 2023 and one in 2022. North America accounted for 65% of deal value, followed by Europe and Asia-Pacific.
