Today, we are excited to shine a spotlight on Boris Echevers, Customer Service Manager in our Canada Operations division, who exemplifies our ICARE values through his commitment to excellence and his dedication to our customers.

Boris brings over a decade of experience in the homebuilding industry, showcasing a remarkable journey of growth and dedication. Having served 5 years with another builder as a warranty technician, Boris began his journey with Empire in 2019, starting a new chapter in his career journey.

Beginning as a Customer Service Technician at Empire’s Legacy site and later transferring to our Wyndfield site, Boris swiftly rose through the ranks, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence and a thirst for knowledge. His transition into a Customer Service Supervisor role in 2020 marked the beginning of his leadership journey, under the mentorship of colleagues, Keri Lee, Director, Customer Service and Carlos Chance, Senior Director, Customer Service.

In his current role as a Customer Service Manager, Boris brings to the forefront a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to our valued customers. He views Empire not just as a workplace but as a family, embodying a culture of care and dedication that resonates with our homeowners. Boris finds immense satisfaction in fostering relationships and trust, ensuring that every interaction reflects the core values of our organization.

What truly sets Boris apart is his relentless pursuit of growth and development. Over the past four years at Empire, he has leveraged every opportunity to expand his skill set and elevate his career. His journey serves as a testament to his dedication to continuous improvement and advancement that defines Empire’s culture.
