Manish is the co-founder and CEO of Plum Life, a digital life insurance solution for advisors and their clients.?Throughout his 25-year career, Manish has stayed at the forefront of insurance innovation.?As Chief Digital Officer and Head of U.S. Direct Business for MetLife, he made headlines by establishing a partnership with Walmart to sell insurance in a box.?In 2014, Manish founded Hawthorne Advisors, a boutique advisory firm helping carriers and distributors develop and execute growth and retention strategies.
