When it comes to succeeding as an entrepreneur, Luis explains that it’s not about having a “winning idea.”?It’s about being able to execute your idea effectively.?He takes a three-fold approach to create a startup.?First, build a strong team.?Second, make sure you’re tackling a market big enough to support your venture.?Having a solid business concept only ranks third.

Luis’ idea for Agentero was to provide market access and make the latest digital technologies available to the smaller independent agencies that continue to generate a large percentage of overall premium.?In fact, the company’s name is a combination of “agent” and “hero.”?It reflects not only the deep commitment that Luis and his team have to their customers but also the way the platform empowers agents to offer next-level customer service and insurance solutions to insureds.
