Sportsman Solutions Partners with SportsEngine in Multi-Year Agreement

NBC Sports Next, the sports technology and innovation division of NBC Sports, today announced a new technology partnership with Waukee, Iowa-based?Sportsman Solutions, a sports consultancy business for amateur leagues and organizations, as well as an owner/operator for a growing portfolio of multi-sport tournament facilities throughout the Midwest.

The multi-year agreement names?SportsEngine, NBC Sports Next’s leading team and club management technology platform, the exclusive provider of online member management, registration, payments, and video streaming technology for participating Sportsman Solutions facilities.

With a current portfolio of eight owned or managed youth sports facilities throughout the Midwest, Sportsman Solutions is a full-service, pre-construction consultant, owners’ agent representative and post-opening facilities management solution wrapped up in one firm. Its state-of-the-art Gregg Young Sports Campus in Norwalk, Iowa, is one of the firm’s flagship facilities, featuring venues for both indoor and outdoor sports across a 20-acre campus. Each Sportsman Solutions project is managed to draw visitors as a youth sports destination, as well as an important economic driver for its community.

The new partnership with NBC Sports Next provides the opportunity for all Sportsman Solutions clients to implement SportsEngine software, the industry’s leading team and tournament technology for youth sports, to help manage daily functions, such as payment collection, registration, scheduling, payment collections, a team mobile app, and more.

Facilities also will have the capability to stream every game through the?SportsEngine Play youth sports streaming platform. Launched in October 2023 as the first-of-its-kind subscription streaming service for amateur sports, SportsEngine Play connects millions of young athletes and their families with the sports they love. Currently serving more than 10,000 facilities, sports organizations, tournaments and teams, the platform gives these organizations and individuals, including athletes and their families, the ability to capture and stream video of sports events on just about any device – from sophisticated AI cameras mounted at sporting venues to personal smartphones, and features editing tools for reel and highlight creation.?SportsEngine Play also is constantly adding new competitive content through the acquisition of streaming rights to elite amateur sports that will entertain and inspire young athletes.
