Aggregation, ownership and commercialisation of fan data. Rights holders have for years relinquished control & ownership of this to platforms and have limited grasp or detailed knowledge of their fanbase...which is the asset commercial partners are now looking for more than ever, and that the organisations themselves have failed to generate new revenue from, outside of the transactional elements of tickets, merch etc. This is a huge opportunity for sport and entertainment to regain ground.
