NFL STORIES
The NFL and NFL Players' Association finalized the language on a new collective bargaining agreement on Thursday morning. The proposed CBA will now go to a vote from the league's players, who will have until March 12 to cast their respective ballot, per Breer. The 456-page CBA was released to all players on Thursday. Tony Romo could have the shortest reign ever as the highest-paid sports TV analyst in history. ESPN is preparing to offer Peyton Manning a record $18 million to $20 million a year to serve as lead analyst for “Monday Night Football,” sources tell Front Office Sports. If so, that would eclipse Romo’s new multi-year contract from CBS Sports that will pay him $17 million annually. (Front Office Sports)

Bud Light unveiled endorsement deals this week with three NFL players who have a humorous history with the beer brand. New York Giants wide receiver Golden Tate, Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marcus Peters and Kansas City Chiefs offensive lineman Eric Fisher will all serve as brand ambassadors. They are the first active NFL players to sign deals with Bud Light parent Anheuser-Busch InBev. (Fox Business)
A&T, the world’s largest telecom company fully launches its new streaming service, AT&T TV, with a national campaign featuring LeBron James and other celebrities. James’ move to the Los Angeles Lakers in free agency in July 2018 brought star power back to the NBA’s glamour franchise. AT&T hopes James can bring that same star power, and his millions of fans, to its latest offering. (Forbes)

Leon Rose has spent years as one of the NBA's most powerful agents. Now he will try to turn around one of its weakest franchises. The New York Knicks hired Rose as their president Monday, hoping he can sign and draft the kind of dominant players he's been representing. (NBA.com)
Los Angeles County officials have discussed the possibility of banning spectators from attending sporting events in Southern California in an attempt to slow the spread of the coronavirus. The county declared a health emergency Wednesday as the number of coronavirus cases in the region increased to seven. (LA Times)
