GlobalMindED?is an Inclusive Success NetworkTM?dedicated to creating a capable talent pipeline by connecting students to role models, mentors, internships, and jobs.
Please donate to send a First Gen college student to our GlobalMindED Conference in June 2025. Colorado-based donations will support a Colorado student. Donations from outside of Colorado will support students from other states if specified.
The cost for a student to attend the 3-day conference is $450, including content, opening dinner, 2 breakfasts, and two lunches.

High Achievement Rates:?An impressive?97%?of students interviewed had graduated with at least an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, with many pursuing advanced degrees.
Successful Career Paths:?A significant majority of participants (82%) were either actively employed or enrolled in further education. Moreover, 62% were working in fields directly related to their academic pursuits.
Positive Program Impact:?A substantial?84%?of students rated the First-Gen Leadership program highly, underscoring its effectiveness in fostering personal and professional growth.
