Your soul is of your self, within your self, because of your self. Only you can soothe your soul. There are many opinions of what a ‘soul’ actually is. But if you are of the spiritual / religious persuasion, you will understand the esoteric value of such a mission. What life becomes within you, you become what your heart and soul makes of it. The moment your self connects with it’s soul, it becomes a new color within the fabric of all that is you. Therefore, take in what lifts you, absorb what enlightens you, connect with what nurtures you: live, breathe, love, give, engage to better yourself and others. Live within a collective obligation towards the humanity in which you exist….. in this, you certainly will soothe your troubled soul.
You’ll have to take care of that on your own. However, I may be able to help you get off on the right foot. I think it’s important to realize that you don’t have a body, you are a body. The universe is 13.7 billion yrs old. And during that time this formidable universe has expressed itself in many beautiful ways, from stars birthing and dying, to planets forming, to elements forming, to other elements joining together to create other elements. Some of those elements would never be here on earth, had it not been for stars dying and exploding their guts through the universe. The nitrogen in our DNA, the calcium in our teeth, the iron in our blood, the carbon in our apple pies, those elements were made in the interior furnaces of collapsing stars. Once they collapse so much, they then explode and fertilize the universe
We are the result of billions of years of evolutionary success, that was only possible, because stars died for you. We are made of stardust, and that truth is far more beautiful, not because we believe it is, but because we are more beautiful, than any religion, or traditional beliefs, can ever explain and put into words. Learn how beautiful the universe and life really is, and then you will be grateful you even get the chance to die, since most never even get that chance.?
The word ‘soothe’ in the dictionary means - to gently calm, reduce pain or discomfort, relieve or ease pain, So when you need soothing you would be a pain or discomfort. But in spirit and in life, pain is there to let you know that you are going the wrong way. Pain from sunburn means stop abusing your body by exposing it to excessive sunlight. Pain that your spirit perceives might be like when you are selfish in one of its many ways. For example jealousy. You spirit is in pain because you are jealous of someone else. Either way the pain in your body or your soul is not going to be soothed by a voice. If a voice were to soothe your sunburn, you would then remain in the sun to the detriment of your body. And if a voice could soothe your soul when you are jealous, you would continue to the detriment of your soul’s advancement.
Souls are affected by the mind. That's where it starts. Fear. Mostly fear of the future. And often fear of loss and pain. Fear is an ego based emotion. Nothing wrong with it if it can be controlled and subdued. If not it can lead to psychosis or neurosis. Fear can also affect your physical health. Understanding fear is good. Understanding what it originates from is also good. And then there may be guilt. This is usually a self blame trip. You may be judging yourself based on someone else's paradigm or you may have made this paradigm your own through conditioning since childhood. Be gentle with yourself. We are human. There's a reason for everything. Everyone has a dark side. We all make mistakes.

Meditation works. 5 to 10 minutes a day. Think of nothing. Concentrate on breathing only. Good soothing music works. Mantras or affirmations work. I am…..etc…etc. Nature works. Get into nature. Notice the natural beauty around you. Birds. Flowers. Trees. Grass. Eat the right foods. Veg grains fruit. Stay away from sugar, alcohol. Switch off media such as TV…Get plenty of rest. Sleep. Drop habits or addictions that are causing you distress.?
Get help if needed. Drop toxic people. Make friends with people that boost your spirit. Fun and laughter. If money is your problem. Shed expensive or costly things that aren't necessary. Sell your excess. Monetize a hobby. Start a business based on your talent. Take a course that can help you earn more. Don't panic. Be positive. Stay present. Live in the moment. Concentrate on the now. Be consciously aware. Be aware of your ego. Don' t compare yourself to others. Be grateful. Thank God everyday for life and your loved ones. Pray to whoever your concept of God is. Cheers!
Examine your belief systems. Do they make you fearful? If so you need to change them. Let go of things that do not serve you. Have courage. Be brave. Try something new each day. Greet a stranger. Do a good deed every day. Reward yourself in some small way. Do not fear death. You live on in peace and love. There is no one who judges or punishes you based on your beliefs or someone else's standards. There is no such place as hell or a dark entity that can harm you. You are a sovereign spirit experiencing a human existence.?
