Spiritual Wellness and Environment

We all are the outcome of our environment; may it be the internal or external.

The internal environment is more powerful as it filters everything and create a story for every life happening or situation.

This internal environment is known by different names as values, beliefs, paradigms, mindset or attitude, responses and reactions, and experiences. This is also referred to the purpose, pursuit, goals, aspirations and needs.

In another set it carries the stories of successes and failures; the impression of role models. In the term of Maslow needs hierarchy it travels from the deficiency needs to the growth needs; the physical, psychological and self-fulfillment needs.

These external sources work as information primarily and then evolve into the life philosophy.

There is another school of thought which make it comprehensive; the thought of Sanatan; where the life is eternal and every birth is an outcome of previous birth. All previous births cumulate in one life, and it is the present life. ?The most of the strengths and limiting traits of this life are coming with the birth only; the life situations just validate or challenge them.

Many scientific theories of evolution also articulate this Sanatan thought in their own way.

Spiritual wellness or health is observing these environments and impact as viewer. This is the message of Shree Krishan through the Bhagavat Gita also. Be the spectator, keep observing. Three Gunas are behaving in their own way and supersede each other in the cyclic pattern. Nothing is permanent.

Spiritual wellness is practicing the message; practicing it in daily activities and through daily decisions. ?

Where everything is impermanent, positions, stages, situations etc. changes with the time. Spiritual wellness is keeping our tangible and visible being aligned with this natural state. The breath is the source of keeping is aligned and rest of the body follows it.

Spiritual wellness is listening to the bodily needs and aligning them to the law of nature and eternity.

Keep Observing, Keep Aligning, Keep Smiling
