Spiritual wellbeing and self-esteem travels hand in hand; missing on one is missing on the another. ?They are complementary to each other.
Both are internal, subjects of awareness and consciousness only. Observation is the key.
Self-esteem impacts our thoughts, emotions and deeds directly. The filters are the paradigm, attitude, purpose and simulations.
Self-esteem has five challenges or enemies to fight every time; we can call them psychological cancers also. They are comparison, competition, criticism, complaint, and complacency.
They colour the vision and impact the clarity, the site hampers by the narrow vision.
Spiritual wellbeing is oneness and integrity; integrity with the entire world and its components.
If we check from both statements, the psychological cancers obstruct the philosophy of life by dividing it in me and you, and second, we (my) and you. In every sense we seek to follow some divide and separation. Spiritual wellbeing is looking from oneness and in oneness only.
Studies show that living a meaningful and fulfilling life is an outcome of high self-esteem, where high is not coming from comparing it from outside. The meaning and fulfilment come from the purpose and contribution. The purpose beyond this body identity, and contribution is towards a cause, where we feel ourselves responsible, and we belong to.
This way spiritual wellbeing and self-esteem travels hand in hand; impacting one is impacting other.
Keep Observing, Keep Smiling
