2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test?

Called out and challenged! Paul is absolutely right. Without 'spiritual self-examination', it is easy to have a 'check the box' or 'phone it in' faith. When this happens, the enemy can slowly lead us away from Christ and His path for us. Eventually we look in the mirror and see a version of ourself that isn't very Christlike at all. Examine your faith against God's word, the Hoy Spirit, and other believers. Stay on track with spiritual self-examinations and have a blessed day!
