Trust in self – LETTING GO -teach others

 The CEO of a 1person company or the one of 1000person company has to listen to their inner voice as guidance in order to “know “what to do or who to trust. This is tough for people to embrace as the trust in self is harder than in others. Listening to oneself and letting go of what does not serve their them any longer is what makes them a magnetic, successful and a spiritual CEO. The CEO is not only happy but also spreads this to all the people around him. This is what teaching is about and who better then a spiritual CEO to teach.

 To be a leader is to empower others to see and therefore act as the leader in themselves in all they do. YOU ARE THAT LEADER! We all are 24 hours a day every day. We are each our own leader and we are each the CEO of her own life. What we do matters and it matters more to some. You could be the CEO of a large corporation or you could be the CEO of your household. Your auctions matter and they're being watched and other people are learning from them. Your words matter and someone is listening to them I'm taking instruction from them.

 So what makes a CEO spiritual? Is it because they make decisions based on intuition? Is it because they come from a heart centered place and actually care about people? Is it because they walk around karmically aware of all of their actions. Is it because every quarter they have a charitable events so that they have an opportunity to give everyone the chance to give back because contribution is one of the most important things in life for people and they understand the importance of community and what it means to human nature. Is it because they implement meditation and other modalities for the entire company. Is it because they are confident in a humble non arrogant manner and are available to their team. This all promotes creativity, more precise focus and the desire to do well. I do think this is all be included in the description of a spiritual CEO.

 Let us not forget the actual performance of the CEO in the business they are leading. This CEO is typically a high performance and ultra successful in all aspects of leadership. The employees are respected, fulfilled, acknowledged, recognized, appreciated and most importantly happy! This makes them dedicated, loyal and therefore successful. This is definitely a recipe for a happy family at work which equals success in the workplace. This has been proven by numerous large corporations such as GOOGLE, VIRGIN, Meditation Minute with Marianne and MPowered Source Couching International (last 2 are my companies) ….

 This is the new style of leadership and will be ever more pronounced in 2021.The automated robotic, stern and overworked methods of the past are no longer only out of style but completely unacceptable. These management styles are outdated and dysfunctional and will require ,not only modification but an all out letting go ceremony. Fear is simply no longer an accepted motivational tool. The time has come for employees as well as leaders to be treated with gratitude and appreciation for a more profitable and happier future.
