Spinal cord Injuries. A bloggers guide

On April 7th 2018, I sustained a spinal cord injury during a rugby match. Following my discharge from hospital I decided to write about my experiences, thoughts and feeling throughout the whole ordeal. Below are the hyper links to the story so far:
