Spill Response Assocation

For many years Mendoza has been an advocate for the much-needed emergency response planning updates and revisions and has used SRA as a platform to voice and preach next-generation worker thinking, training, and reprogramming old thoughts.

Mendoza says, The dangers of working many long hard hours in the oil and gas fields supporting families and lifestyles, does not only have an effect on the environment.

“It also has effects on the workers and their families”.

When working in the oil & gas industry the supreme rule for emergency response planning is to provide superior protection to all workers, at any and all cost. The second rule is to protect the environment at any cost.

Emergency response plans and SDS’s should be on the minds of every worker and, at no time, shall any worker be ridiculed when asking to view such a predominant piece of paper. Fact is; all workers should be encouraged, praised, and trained further when interest is shown.

The workers who don't care to view such a predominant piece of paper will be unknowledgeable and the least trained workers creating the highest possibilities of liabilities while keeping the revolving doors open. Revolving doors leave workers with the unknown mark of possible chronic health conditions and accountability of.

These bottom-tier workers are just one group of people in need of emergency response reprogramming.

Mendoza says in the year 2021 the oil & gas industry has entered into the next generation of emergency response and to become better prepared for when they happen, the response plan must start with local community interest and involvement while giving higher education to anyone who has volunteered to train to become a paid career-minded emergency responders.

No emergency response plan will be as efficient and effective as using locally trained responders.

Invested and Interested local community civilians are a missing link. If connected, this link can slowly close the revolving doors of experienced workers.

When responding to any emergency response the level of success will depend on timing, knowledge, experience, and training, and connecting response plans to community responders' can become an oil & gas emergency response solution while helping with community growth.

Every person wanting to become an emergency response volunteer, are a paid responders must;

  • Keep In Mind, Safety first.
  • Have the physical and mental abilities.
  • Understand (ICS)
      Incident Command System

This type of community emergency response must be mandated by US laws and until then we will continue to be complacent leaving the oil and gas industry to never gain trust.

No emergency responders are to be left untrained.

Train communities, Work communities, and Grow communities through education.

Mendoza’s Elite Next Generation Spill Response Group and The Spill Response Association will work with other associations, organizations, corporations, local, state, and federal agencies through discussion seminars to lead the oil and gas industry towards updating response planning, the use of practical training, both new and old technological awareness and mandates for greener solutions as the oil & gas industry has entered into the next generation of emergency response.

Mission

To provide a next-generation comprehensive and integrated emergency management system that coordinates community resources while protecting lives, property, and the environment through mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery from any and all-natural or man-made hazards that may impact our cities. Mendoza being the director of the Elite Next Generation Response Group and the Spill Response Association will ask all members to pledge to help with building an audience for the

Spill Response Association Emergency First Annual Seminar.

A seminar, allowing the assembly of oil & gas corporations, its executives, emergency response consultants, emergency response management groups, emergency response organizations, pollution and salvage adjusters, suppliers, service companies, and volunteer groups (both retired or active) to exchange voices of reason and, addressing concerns while providing the solutions for the local, state and federal agencies. This work will give them the torch to carry off next-generation emergency response solutions to our US and State representatives who oversee the oil & gas industry and possibly getting the attention of the president of the United States to hear us with an open mind by mandating these next-generation plans and tools needed to build the best of the best next-generation emergency response plans available. With our members' and using old-time knowledge in a new generation of thoughts, ideas, and out-of-the-box thinking. We can accomplish this Mission by bringing the oil spill response industry from 1990 to 2022.
