Spendless Group: The Next Level
2019 has its set of challenges but ended off with celebrating more milestones within the company. It has always been my mission to empower people I connected with - online and offline - so their lives or businesses could improve in many different possibilities. And although leading large communities have its set of challenges, these setbacks have empowered me to do so much more this 2020 with bigger plans to elevate Spendless Group to the next level.
Vertical One: Spendless Cosmetics
When I first developed Spendless Cosmetics, I visioned it would be a large positive community of women from all over the world - connecting, inspiring, networking and at the same time earning. I've wanted to develop a company that people feel closely resonated to, which empowers them each and every day, through various means.

Cashing in on technology
It's undeniable the future is led by the advancement of technology, more people are selling and buying online, sharing and communicating on social media and running e-commerce business selling goods. People have started to envelope this new culture, and constantly finding their way around earning income with the existence and support of technology.
The simple way of eCommerce with Spendless Cosmetics
Spendless Cosmetics works with hundreds of leading beauty and cosmetic brands, and carry a wide inventory of more than 100,000 virtual listing. We list products through our eCommerce system which appears in all of our reseller's websites - to be sold through multiple channels of social media channels. Instead of the investments in sales people or social media influencers, our large growing online resellers are individuals who are trained, motivated, and incentivised to do promote, sell and encourage the use of our partner merchant products and services.
Progress
We have gone on to inspire and empower more than 20,000 women globally to enjoy the opportunity to earn income from home. We kept them inspired and motivated, through incentivising top performers and running small community focus sessions.

Vertical Two: Spendless Academy
With more capital funding, we aim to expand into more territories, allocate budget to run more focus groups to connect with more local communities. We aim to upgrade our platform to be more sophisticated and seamless, for faster and easier use.
The importance of educating our resellers and community.
With more resellers on our platform, we wanted to expose them to lifelong learning opportunities to connect with speakers all over the world sharing their knowledge on business for personal and professional development. In connection with the CEO weekly, resellers now can learn digital marketing tips to help boost their eCommerce website with Spendless Cosmetics encouraging them to be better at earning more income.
This platform is also open to public, connected with entrepreneurs and business students globally to tap onto the wealth of knowledge and experience from trainers and coaches in more than 22 countries. The diversity and depth of content itself will prove to create and stir impactful yet positive changes in the lives of resellers and global community at large. We aim to inspire business leaders, to gain wisdom and experience from accessing learning webinars at their convenience.
Future Plans
We are looking forward to bring forth this educational platform to more of our resellers, and connect with more universities to contribute to the learning of our young leaders. We are also investing in several coaches and trainers, to develop IPs with them to sell as paid courses in the future within our network.

Vertical Three: Spendless Creative Studio
Supporting small business owners and entrepreneurs.
With a network of online resellers (educated and motivated) to promote beauty products, we set up a division to provide digital marketing support to small grown businesses to tap onto the opportunity to sell within our network.

How can a business owner win?
Instead of heavy investments of time and cost to form sales teams, we connect brands to our resellers who are actively promoting on social media. Through this method, a brand or product will now be introduced, shared and showcase to a wider targetted audience tapping into the individual network of our resellers. We charge a nominal commission for sold products, but none for products unsold. We keep the investment cost low for the supplier, and resellers earn by promoting and selling new products each time. We worked with more than 120 brands from all across the world, carrying a virtual inventory of more than 40,000 products.

Future Plans - Hiring the Business Development Team
We plan to recruit and put together trained sales people to develop more business for the company. Our next capital raise will encourage better training of our team members, and marketing investments to win more clients this 2020.
The plans are big, but we are ready to scale towards profitability.
