Spending too much time worrying ?? leads to good places.

You heard me right, folks. Spending too much time worrying actually leads to good places in our lives. Based on the Tony Robbins Results Coach system, all humans equate progress with pain. I disagree with that assessment as someone who has been through Trauma. It's not that hiring a Tony Robbins coach won't get you results; it will. Here's the point: the research Tony used to build his coaching programme is dated and is not aligned with modern emotional intelligence. I will try to simplify this for you, but this may get a little complicated.

Let's start with the notion of pain in memories. When I was 12 years old, I was sexually abused. However, I would like to state that last year I was far from contemplating suicide. There was a pain associated with several memories that actually developed a rare type of epilepsy. According to psychologists, this often occurs in men where memories resurface years later.

I have now interviewed a Tony Robbins coach, which you can find at the end of this article. The video uses the statement - you know why stephen you aren't moving on your business goals - because you have pain. Now I fight back and state that pain can be passed over if the right reflection takes place. Based on a simple model of Cobb's learning theory - a create experience can be painful, but we can override bad memories with active reflection and guidance.

Pause for a moment. Looking back at my original statement, I suggest worrying leads to good outcomes. As a general rule, depression occurs when the mood is low for more than a couple of weeks and the person doesn't want to do anything. My self-reflection and last year's suicidal event taught me that the human mind can use creativity to navigate through depression. That's not new science, but give me some space.

I can tell you that even within the core text book of Tonys Coaching model, he uses the term kaizen - continuous improvement. It is the conscious part of the brain that tells the unconscious part of the brain that we can keep learning and improving. Thus, you will often hear Tony Robbins say, "Progress equals happiness.". Exactly - that's the basis of Kaizen. If you increase output by investing in new technology, you can expect a higher ROI. Okay, that makes sense.

It is unsaid that we as humans have beliefs that empower and disempower us. Although I love some of Tony's work - and I don't mean to slam him, I'm just using his model to ignite the notion that bad thinking can lead to good places. When I say this, I am of course like Tony asking you to choose the right strategy for your life.

Imagine that you have just lost a dear friend to COVID. If that is the case, I am so sorry for your loss. Expect to feel down for some time, possibly near depression level. You can combat your pain by facing it and letting it sink in. Life isn't perfect, and we don't live forever - at least not on this planet. Thus, pain is real, and with the right amount of time and reflective practice on our deeper emotional intelligence, we can indeed heal. In addition, we can become life coaches based on our failures, just like you, Tony, with your coaching program.

When you watch the video at the end, make sure you watch it to the end, where I give my expert analysis.

Don't judge yourself too harshly when you are struggling to make a decision in life. You may encounter an obstacle that impedes your career path. Pain is a good friend, and we must feel it long enough for our conscious and unconscious minds to process our life.

Money and wealth are not always the answer. You must decide what success means to you in your mind and not from a coaching results programme. You could hire me for ten thousand dollars and I could train you to become a coach without being qualified in the least.

When danger knocks on your door, decide today to stand your ground. Then relax because if you follow this formula you will not only become a coach for yourself, but you will also become a role model for others by gaining more insight into emotional intelligence.
