Let me ask you something:

Do you want to set yourself apart from all the other mortgage brokers in your area?

And are you willing to do the work for you to stand out?

If your answer is yes, then I want you to think about your speed.

Now, my good friend, client, and award-winning Regional Broker, Brendan, puts emphasis on?speed in his property business.

Why? Think about whenever you get a referral from an agent, solicitor, accountant, planner, or?anywhere else.

Often, when the client is unhappy with their previous broker and they’re looking for a second?opinion...You never hear them complain about their previous broker’s technical skills.

After all, most brokers are pretty good at sales. So they can pretty much fumble their way through something technical, even if they may not have the exact credit knowledge to deal with it.

So what’s their usual issue?

Most often than not, it’s got something to do with speed.

The truth is that most unhappy clients complain about broker unresponsiveness.

For example, they didn’t hear back after submitting an inquiry or even after completing all?required documents.

So, if you can just address this simple issue...You can definitely edge out competitors.

I suggest you get back to your leads as quickly as possible, or at least within the same day.

Just never ignore an inquiry.

Whenever anyone submits their documents make sure that you can move forward in 24 to 48?hours max even during a busy time.

If you can keep up with such a reasonable pace...I promise?you.?You will stand out and keep impressing clients.

And you don’t even have to do anything flashy.

Just respect everyone’s time and efforts and respond as quickly as you can to client concerns.

Remember: Often, prospects will just go with the first broker who responds to them.

So, don’t ever waste that opportunity.
