1 年Absolutely spot on Mark Badley - I have had 2 recent experiences with clients who have protracted the process from 1st to 2nd interview by a week and lost their front runner to another client who had a slick process that combined 1st and 2nd interviews and used that time to bring others into the interview, office show round etc etc.....the offer followed and the candidate accepted, with bells on!!!
